Intralox, L.L.C has an opening for an Account Representative for a specialized technical product on our Spiral Customer Service team. As a member of this team, the qualified individual will be responsible for providing exceptional, accurate service to our customers, including organizing and managing complex orders/projects while working closely with our commercial, production and engineering teams.

  • Proactively manage and coordinate projects/large orders both internally and externally
  • Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels of communication with a high degree of accuracy
  • Work closely with internal resources to help solve problems and bring solutions to create a world class customer experience
  • Provide recommendations and technical assistance for conveyor belting and solutions
  • Build and expand customer relationships to ensure replacement and new business
  • Acts as a first point of contact for our Customer Service Department and Field Sales teams when questions arise, or help is needed regarding the Spiral Platform
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Ability to travel by air or car at least two times a year for up to a week at a time 

Desired Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) a plus
